Each individual product page provides a stock level indicator showing how much stock is available. We do not show products that are out of stock. If you have seen something on our website and can no longer find it, or if you have ordered an item in the past, it's always worth phoning to find out when new stock will arrive.

Many of our products are available for next-day delivery. However, we usually deliver within 2 working days.

Many of our products have several different delivery options so that you can receive your parcel at a time that suits you. We offer postage or courier on most items.

You can choose your delivery at the time of booking. Make sure there is someone at your work or home who can accept the delivery.

Once your goods have been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation at the email address you have provided - it is important to provide us with an email address as this may be the quickest and most efficient way for us to contact you.

After-sales assistance

We regret that the goods did not arrive in the condition you expected. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, please contact us to let us know. All our goods are carefully inspected and packed before dispatch, but we are aware that accidents do happen and things can happen during transit. We may ask you to take photographs, so it would be best if you email them to us together with your order details, including your order number. Once you have sent this, please call us so that we can arrange to collect the item and send you a replacement as soon as possible.

If an item you were expecting to receive with the rest of your order is missing, you are welcome to call us and we can sort it out. It may be that the goods were sent separately, but we will look into this immediately and advise you. If an item is missing, it may also be out of stock. In this case, we would try to contact you to let you know. You can also check your email in case you missed our call and we have emailed you to let you know. We will endeavour to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

You can return your order to us within 14 working days at our company address (see right). Please make sure that the item(s) you are returning are in the same packaging, if they have been placed in a branded box or sealed bag, etc., and that they are securely wrapped to ensure they arrive safely back at our premises. Once we have received the goods and checked that they are suitable for sale, we will refund the full value of the goods to your account.

Before contacting us, please check your order confirmation to make sure you expect to receive the product. It is always worth remembering that if you place your order after 3pm, it will take an extra working day. Also make sure you have your phone handy as you may be contacted by a courier for further instructions. You are welcome to call us and we will be able to find out if there is a reason for the delay. To ensure that the engine oil you buy remains of good quality and usable, it is important to maintain and store it properly. Here are some tips:

  • Store the oil in its original, undamaged packaging in a dry, cool and dark place, protected from direct sunlight.
  • Ensure that the packaging is tightly sealed to prevent dirt or moisture from entering the oil.
  • Do not store oil near flammable or chemical materials to avoid ignition or contamination.
  • It is recommended to use the oil within 2 years from the date of manufacture indicated on the packaging.
  • Before using the oil, make sure the packaging is intact and that the oil meets your car manufacturer's specifications.
